Kitchen Upgrade

If you have been to the Aerie lately you have noticed the kitchen smell lingering around at the bar. This has been an issue for awhile but now that we are utilizing the kitchen more frequently the odors are a bit more noticable. But have no fear the Trustees are looking into getting the fire suppression sytem up dated to code and in the process will get the fan in the kitchen upgraded also. One other idea being kicked around is adding a grill to the kitchen. This would involve some major work and a major expense. More info will be provided as it becomes available.
